Very friendly people here. This was my first boot camp experience. All the trainers are tough and well mannered. The friendly couple that owns this place are active types and are always participating. There's a kids area with some toys and TV/movies -just something to be aware of. 30 min per session, unlimited sessions. 3 free classes and they have promos for the newbies. Oh and they have an active FB account, look them up.

30 mins HIIT workouts, very friendly atmosphere, kids friendly area...totally recommend it

The new place is call CT40 and it is a great workout place.
